In the app or in your team chat
Approve or skip on the briefing page, or straight from a card posted in Mattermost. Whichever comes first counts, and both places show the decision.
Comments that stay with the decision
Add a note when you approve or skip, from either place. Every comment is kept with the request.
Written to the systems of record
An approved briefing is logged to Salesforce as a task on the account. An approved new lead becomes a contact and a lead in Odoo.
Built on the platform, not bolted on
The Sales Assistant uses the same building blocks any PolySaaS application can: connections learned from real traffic, small reusable actions, and the same approval step for every change. We run our own sales on it.
