It learns how your applications work
PolySniffer observes the normal traffic to each application you connect: the forms, requests, and responses people already use every day. That shows PolySaaS how the application really behaves, including the parts its official API doesn’t cover.
Example: PolySniffer captured how a new customer is created in Dolibarr. From that, PolySaaS syncs each new Dolibarr customer into Odoo’s CRM automatically, with no change to either application.
It acts through small, reusable building blocks
Atomic Services
Each one does a single job well: read an account, create a contact, post a message. They are written once and reused everywhere.
Dynamic Orchestration
Atomic Services are chained together by configuration, not new code, and triggered by real events, such as a new order in one system or a message in your team chat.
Mapping
Fields are matched and normalized between applications, so a customer in one system becomes the right record in another. Changing a mapping is a configuration change, not a software release.
A person stays in charge
Anything that changes your data waits for someone to approve it, in PolySaaS or right in your team chat. The first decision counts, every decision is recorded with who made it and where, and a status bar on every page shows what PolySaaS is doing as it happens.
Built for many customers
Each customer’s data lives in its own isolated database schema. Every application runs in its own container, and every integration point is documented with OpenAPI, so developers can explore and extend it with standard tools.
AI where you work
Geronimo, PolySaaS’s built-in assistant, knows which page you’re on and what you’re doing, and helps right there. AI agents can also take part in your team chat as peers: they propose, and people decide.
