Nextcloud is a free, open-source, self-hosted platform that acts like a private Google Drive or Dropbox. It allows users to store, sync, and share files, calendars, contacts, and photos, while offering features like video calls, chat, and document editing.

Dolibarr is an open-source, modular enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) system that was developed to facilitate the management of many company activities, including sales and invoicing, as well as projects and inventory. It is available for self-hosting or cloud use.

PolySysMon is a system monitoring solution that enables the collection of comprehensive information regarding all facets of your business, from hardware health to account status, while facilitating data organization for interpretation, trend analysis, and event alerting.

Why it matters?

Because all of the included apps work together, using them is a breeze. You get to pick which elements of each application get which data. When a new customer is entered in CRM, they are automatically added to Accounting and Salesforce Automation. No separate billing is required because the bundled applications are all covered by the same license. You can think of PolySaaS Online as an integrated whole.

How it works

PolySaaS functions as a conductor that dynamically transmits data from requests and posts to the designated application via the PolySaaS middleware.Data is synchronized instantaneously without ETL or overnight database synchronization.

Liferay is the most poplar portal, and as part of our  bundled applications you can use it as is , or you can use it to test customportlets based on PolySaaS API and then after testing deploy to yor own Liferay.

Examples

When a company signs up for PolySaaS at the $100/user/mo unlimited level, they instantly get access to the full bundled suite, which includes Odoo, SuiteCRM, NextCloud, Gmail, PolySysMon, Monitor Logger, Dolibarr, Celery, MatterMost, and WordPress. All of these apps are already integrated, single sign-on is enabled, and they are ready to use, with data automatically syncing across the stack.

In real time, this is how it goes:
A new customer joins the business through a WordPress form on its website. PolySaaS middleware listens for the submission event and looks at the tenant’s dynamic directions. These are the instructions:

Start Atomic Service #1 (check form info)
Start Atomic Service #2 and make a start in SuiteCRM.
Run Atomic Service #3 to make an Odoo record for a customer.
Run Atomic Service #4 to create a NextCloud user account.
Run Atomic Service #5 (make an account on Gmail).
Launch Atomic Service #6 to add a person to the MatterMost team channel.
Start Atomic Service #7 and send a full audit record to the Monitor Logger.
Run Atomic Service #8 (put a Celery job in the background to check on the progress of onboarding through PolySysMon).
All of this happens instantly and without any help from a person. It starts with a welcome email from Gmail, then moves on to a unique onboarding folder in NextCloud and a MatterMost people get a welcome letter with links to their teams, and SuiteCRM and Odoo already have information about them. If the customer later upgrades or adds a service, like Dolibarr for billing, all you have to do is change the directions. The new provisioning step will be added automatically to all future signups.

The power of PolySaaS’s bundled apps is shown by this example: no different subscriptions, no setup for integration, and no vendor silos. You get enterprise-level tools for a lot less than they would cost on their own, and the data flows smoothly and the system can grow with your business. It’s all controlled by simple, dynamic directions instead of code.
