“Our sales team retypes every deal into the ERP”
The problem: Reps close a deal in chat or the CRM, then someone rekeys the customer and order into the ERP. It’s slow, error-prone, and the ERP is always a day behind.
How we’d do it: A message or webhook in Slack or Mattermost triggers an orchestration. It publishes to the topic exchange, and the Odoo consumer creates the contact or sale order via JSON-RPC. The rep gets a browser notification when it lands. No changes to Odoo or Slack.
